It shows by your urine. The color indicate it went through the process. very possible it helped your system.

Good, trusted product. If you have trouble swallowing pills you might want to avoid this one as they're larger than most (about the same size as a Centrum multivitamin). Definitely recommend taking them with food to avoid any fishy burps. Will definitely buy them again.

B100 complex is a good choice. As it is made biologically and not chemically, it should be better. Should be consistent with the proper stereoisomers, or enantomers, for full advantage in your body for most of the B vitamins.

Bought these because apparently at a certain point in life you just start saying things like, “I should probably take B vitamins.” And honestly? Correct. They’re easy to take, timed release, and make me feel like I’ve done something proactive for my metabolism and energy even if the rest of my day is held together by coffee and good intentions. Very much “I care about myself” behavior. Do I feel a dramatic superhero surge of energy? No. Do I feel like a more responsible, functioning human who has their life slightly more together? Absolutely. Also, there are a lot of pills in this bottle. This is not a casual fling. This is a long-term wellness relationship. Every morning I take one and think, “Yes. This is who I am now. A person who takes vitamins.” Highly recommend if you enjoy supporting your metabolism, feeling smugly prepared, and pretending your life is organized because you take one (1) supplement a day. Would buy again. Will continue to tell people I’m “on B vitamins” like it’s a personality upgrade.
