This item is misrepresented on the web page .....it doesn't step-up the input voltage anywherenear the 400kv claimed ... Disappointing !

It’s not what they say it is
This item hasn’t got a high voltage output on it at all. That is a lie and you need to correct it. It cannot do 400kv please don’t buy this for a test rig for high voltage
