Why are the wholes so small? I have cakepop sticks and they don't even fit

I had the same problem. My sticks were thicker and therefore didn't fit the wholes. I was incredibly disappointed

Can you use this to make the cake pops or is it display only ?

I make them then put them in it for display.

I didn’t receive my screws in my order

I would of Return it . This is a quality issue , that they are delivering to their customer. They should of been provided to you . Try reaching out to their customer service .
