I purchased these after being fortunate enough to have trialled them free of charge in return for my feedback, halfway through that trial I realised that I didnโt want to be without them so ordered these to arrive the day the trial ended. They have given me so much more energy (no mean feat as, having Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I always felt drained) and Iโve so far managed to avoid the nasty viruses floating about so they may also have boosted my immunity ๐ค They are a large tablet but are not at all difficult to swallow and are just one a day so are so very easy to include in a daily routine. I will continue to take these based on the excellent results.

I haven't been ill for months since taking this. My entire family got horrible colds last month and I somehow avoided it. I suspect it might be because of this product. The actual pill is a bit large and not east to swallow but it's worth it.
