The layout is a beautiful mix of practical & elegant. Simple enough that its not overwhelming yet organized in a really helpful way to easily track your habits/goals, how consistent you are, with space for additional notes. Only dislike was I wish the daily "week" started with Sunday instead of Monday. Overall I love it and am very happy to be using it. :)

Really helpful in keeping track of the day trading best practices I want to emphasize for the week. I use a similar hanging habit calendar that tracks daily habits for an entire month. I prefer this because I can adjust the habits from week to week as opposed to seeing the x's I mark on my monthly calendar. I like the satisfaction and hope that a fresh new week brings. I like to do lists. This is what I use for things I do every day to track how Iโm doing. Set new goals and see how well you do keeping them. Love it.
