I love this alternative
Palmini is so tasty with the pesto sauce, I absolutely loved it. Tried the Lasagna as well and its brilliant. Crunchy like a vegetable yet low in carbs.

Excellent substitute for lasagne noodles. This is the closest to pasta noodles I’ve found. Taste is fairly neutral, maybe a tad sour. Makes great keto lasagne. Just about enough for a bread pan’s worth with 3 layers.
