I ordered this product on the advice of a friend who had been using it for several months. I need it because I exercise at an ungodly time in the morning and it is easier for me to do it at home rather than later at a class. I must say that the circle provides an added measure of resistance and form to my progressions. I am highly impressed with the simpleness of the design as it relates to the complication of my exercise program. I have definitely seen an improvement in regards to form and exercise function with the circle. I highly recommend this item to one who wishes to add both variety and rigor to their sessions.

The circle is easy to use and is not too heavy or too firm. Along with doing Pilates moves, I have also been using it to strengthen my ankle and foot muscles after a recent injury, approved by my physical therapist. The included video is very useful, especially if you are new to using this type of equipment. All in all this has proven to be a very useful tool in my recovery and for all over toning. Recommended.

This pilates ring is fine for an average user. The ones that we used in school had more resistance than this one. However, for an occasional or average user, it's a pretty decent ring. I would recommend it for people who are not looking for a super intense workout. So, if you're a beginner, this is a good ring to start with.

Great little product. I like to use it while I watch television. It works better than weights for me. Love it.

My wife originally bought this for herself and she uses it a bit. Ive actually commandeered it recently and have been using it on various muscles immediately after heavy weight lifting. I've actually found it really useful for small fine tuning motions after a hard workout. My favorite is after a hard chest workout I like to finish it of with a couple 30 seconds sets micro flye sets to really hit the center of my chest. I wouldn't suggest using this as a primary workout device by any means, but it has plenty of benefits as a supplemental exercise.

I was not expecting a little circle to be able to do so much. My inner thighs are an area of struggle for me. They have been since I was a teen. Although I played a lot of sports and maintained a low weight, they were the one area that I was never able to target. This product does a great job of hitting that area! It helps with multiple muscle groups that may be overlooked through other exercise practices. The product springs back into shape after a work out. It is maintaining its effectiveness after a month of use 3x a week.

Well made; sturdy but not uncomfortable - pad inside and out. Comes with a CD of exercises, some of them impossible for me to do but gives me plenty of ideas. My Physical Therapist uses this as part of my rehab to do thigh squeezes while laying on my back. I will put this to good use as you can also use if to do chest/arm exercises by squeezing it. The exercise variations are endless - if you don't find one you like on the CD, you can probably think of a few to do on your own.

This Magic Circle is easy to use and fun too. You can do most of it in a very small space. I put the DVD into my computer and follow it in my home office. The DVD takes you through every exercise. It is also easy to do only as much as you can until you build up some stamina. It is entertaining as well as educational. A real bargain for the money.

My AeroPilates exerciser is much better than I thought it would have been for the price. It's incredibly durable, well put together and the DVD is everything you need for a great workout.

I like this circle. It has more padding where needed than other circles I've had. Durable. Great purchase.
