What is the ratio of micronutrients?

2016 formulation for indoor/outdoor formulation is Nitrogen 19%-(10%ammoniacal and9% nitrate,) available phosphate 6% and soluble potash (potassium) 12%.I have no relationship with the manufacturers but it works better than any of previous fertilizer that I have ever used -It does not burn.

What is the difference between osmocote plus and the flower and vegetable product?

Osmocote Plus has a 15-9-12 analysis, feeds both in-ground and container plants for 6 months and contains micronutrients; Osmocote Flower and Vegetable has a 14-14-14 analysis and feeds in-ground fruits and vegetables for 4 months.
