重量も有り、かなり頑丈そうな作り 自分にはかなり向いていてケーブルオーバーヘッドエクステンションが良い感じに効きます 逆に言えば他に使い道はないのかな？（当方筋トレには詳しく有りません） 滑り止めが効いていて手が滑らないのも良いです。 セールの時安く買えたのですがかなりお得です

- It appears that rope is made of recycled black carry bags/sacks. Though it does the job. Not sure if it safe at higher weights. - the handle is pure metal. Mediocre quality, thought strength is there. It makes creaking sound while pulling weights. Also handle appears to be bent a bit.
