Will this work to install my crucial ssd in the new HP z620 series?

I used it to install a Samsung Evo 840 in a z620 and it worked very well. The crucial should have the same mounting and should work.

I bought several of this item and screws were included - 4 of a size which fits the SSD mounting holes, 4 of a larger size which fit the threaded holes in the sides and bottom of the bracket.This item is available from several different vendors. It is actually a surplus Hewlett-Packard part, it is very well made, and I presume the fasteners are included no matter which vendor actually sells it to you ... but that is a presumption on my part.

Will a Dell PW 2950 with 3.5 inch caddies accept this to create bays for 2.5 inch drives?

If you currently have 3.5 inch sata hard drives installed, this will allow you to use a 2.5 inch instead. Its frame and connector are in position to make a 2.5 inch sata drive look exactly like a 3.5 inch drive for both mounting and interfacing to the electrical connector. Therefore, if you are removing a bare, standard 3.5 inch hard drive out of something, you can mount your new 2.5 inch hard drive into this bracket, and install the bracket with the new drive into the exact same position the old drive was previously installed. It has mounting holes and the interface connector in the exact place of a bare 3.5 in hard drive.

Ottimo adattatore per l'utilizzo di unità SSD in Mac Pro 4,1 e 5,1

Facilissimo da installare, di ottima qualità: tiene saldamente l'unità SSD e può essere sostituita a caldo se necessario. Ho provato altre soluzioni più costose, come i supporti per unità stampate in 3D e OWA (BLUE), ma questo funziona molto meglio ed è compatibile al 100% con i supporti per "drive caddy" originali del Mac Pro.

Fitting perfectly into my Dell Optiplex 7020 SFF Plus. Added a 2.5" SATA - fitted well, easy to install and matched the other metal caging in the PC. Excellent.

Ich habe diesen Adapter in meinem iMac von 2013 zusammen mit einer Samsung SSD getestet. Der Einbau ging schnell und unkompliziert, der Adapter sitzt stabil und die Verbindung ist einwandfrei. Die SSD wurde sofort erkannt und die Datenübertragung läuft auf voller Geschwindigkeit, genau wie es sein soll. Im Vergleich zu anderen Adaptern, die ich ausprobiert habe, macht dieses Modell den solidesten Eindruck. Verarbeitung, Passgenauigkeit und Geschwindigkeit passen hier einfach zusammen. Für mich ist das aktuell der bevorzugte Adapter, wenn es darum geht, eine 2,5-Zoll-SSD in einem 3,5-Zoll-Schacht einzubauen.
