It is not authentic. The logo on the one I got is not straight so the manufacture is poor. You have to press very strong on the keyboard for the ink to be transferred to the paper. It looks good as a design, but donโt expect to write too much. The only thing that bothers is the twisted logo. The delivery was excellent though.

I bought the typewriter to write a book. Copilot kept changing what I wrote without permission. After turning it off and it turning itself back on a few times along with word wanting to save everything to the "cloud" I went old school. I am older and took typewriting in High school. The machine works as it is supposed to. I did have to adjust the keystroke pressure and a few other settings. The little operational manual had very good directions on how to make the adjustments. Overall I am very pleased with the machine. I like the color too.

Iโve wanted a new typewriter since I left mine when I moved out of my parents house 20yrs ago. How hilarious is that!?? I bought this one because of the royal brand and I love it. Itโs seriously beautiful. Iโm definitely an aficionado with zine nostalgia but I think this would be so amazing for any burgeoning typist. I love it!

Kind of difficult to review typewriter tape. It is as described and quality seems great. We'll have to see if it holds up over time.
