Love my kettlebell and love these charts! Very complete and clear. Glad to have such a great reference, keeps you from doing the same few over and over. Nice buy!

Ordered these with a kettlebell to try and kickstart a new weights based fitness routine and they are brilliant! Really useful to have these on the wall to refer to when performing the exercises and having them sectioned into the different areas of the body that are working out so I can work out all the different muscles in my body!

They are easier to read while on a wall than the stock pictures show them to be. They are nicely laminated so you can write on them with an erasable pen if you want too.

Plasticized and durable… An excellent amount of different exercises

shows up lamanated and nice - suggesting to flatten out when you get it roll in oposite direction and re-secure with rubber bands, keep it that way for 24 hrs and it will be nice enough to hang next day. its everything u would expect looking at the info.
