Good item
Good item for streaming, but it's difficult the control the sound quality of the game. Plus, the in-game mic cannot be used

This allows me to easily stream my Nintendo switch through my laptop using OBS software (free download from the obs website) and be able to view my gameplay on a monitor at the same time. Great value for beginner streamers

If you are looking to record your gaming on a Nintendo Switch then this is the perfect device! Just plug and play. Itโs that simple. Iโve been using it for about 2 days now and so far so good. Itโs easy to set up and use too. If you are looking for a streaming device, itโs best to update the firmware and try as most of the other reviews say itโs fine with a pc but hit and miss with Mac. Still if all you need is to record your gameplay to a as card then this is the budget friendly device is one to consider. Will be using it more and providing any update if needed / possible.

THE BEST CAPTURE CARD AND GOOG QUALITY

I have been testing different capture cards for the Nintendo Switch for a while now & all have been disappointing. I was very skeptical because this was the only capture card on the market with the ability to record to Micro SD. This was so shockingly easy to set up & use I felt silly for not buying it sooner. If all you want to do is capture your gameplay, this is PERFECT. I don't know about streaming, I won't use it for that. All you do is connect it, plug in your Micro SD card & press the big AveR logo & it records. Press it again to stop recording. It really is that simple. It records in 1080p, beautiful color & you can also plug in a headset to record your audio. I wish they made a new version that captured in 4K to get a smoother image, but it's fine for now.

Bought this because its cheaper than Elgato and still offers 1080p 60fps streaming output but gives me 4k gaming experience, for half the price of an elgato...and bought it for the party chat feature for streaming, but I don't need to use it as it's better to buy a seperate mic for ingame party chat and use OBS Studios to stream out all audio from the game, which includes party chart. It's a great entry product for new streamers, but watch a youtube clip on how to vest set it up with obs.
