What is the "removable passcase"?

Excellent question. It's a misnomer. The passcase is not "removable", it is stitched to the interior seam of the left side of the wallet's billfold section - it hangs over the credit card slots. It has a slot (part of a plastic window) for your finger so you can easily slide a drivers licence or other id into and out of the plastic sleeve of the "passcase". I believe that the slot that allows rapid insertion and removal of an ID - which is part of an extra sleeve ("passcase") - is where the "removable" adjective comes into play. The passcase is not removable, but the ID that you slide into it is. Bottom line, this is my favourite wallet, I have two of them, and I strongly recommend it but there is no removable part, just a slot that allows rapid removal of an ID. HTH.
