I love these. Super sharp. So yes be careful with fingers. No different to any other sharp object in the kitchen, some reviews on here saying they are too sharp and not to buy because of this. I find these very easy to handle. Takes some time to learn how to use them for different food items. The black peeler will be your everyday peeler. The Julienne one is good but it does cut the products very fine. You also need to learn how to get the best out of products with this as it can be messy. I find when cutting carrots to start by cutting the carrots in half to give the deserved length and then give two cuts with the peeler on one side. Flip it over and use the now flat edge on the chopping board, this will now give you a better balance for cutting the rest of the carrot. Use a fork for stability if needed to hold the carrot. There will always be a thin wedge of carrot left as the blade doesn’t cut flat you will just need to cut this with a knife. The other peeler I haven’t used yet so can’t say how good it is but they are all equally sharp and I would highly recommend. I have kept the plastic guard to put back on after cleaning so don’t throw these out.

Cheaper than buying from a store. Each blade is sharp and easy to use. Very satisfied!
