Just add your pigment, but I don’t recommend this product. It smells horrible!

What is the biggest size of paramiss lip gloss base? And How much?

This is the only size I know of. I can get about 40+ glosses outta this bag. Or 20-30 big wand tubes

When I put it in the lip gloss container it formed a lot of air bubbles

I’m not sure what the question is but you probably didn’t add enough oil to the base
