Once charged this item did a great job. Holding the charge for hours and I was able to complete all of my tasks in one day.

I used it twice and it would never recharge after that
I got this in the spring as an extra battery for my hand tiller and would never have paid this much for a used battery if that had been more apparent. And of course, being used there is no warranty, and I used it successfully a couple times in the spring when I first got it and then put it in the tool shed with all my other cordless tools when I needed it in the fall (outside the return window) no joy. The battery will not charge at all. I even got a new charger and it's just dead. I have searched the vendor and I have no support options that are useful, so I'm just stuck with a green paperweight.

Great Battery!
The battery was a replacement for my old battery which was the same Earthwise company battery. My old one lasted a long time and the new one is larger so I think it will even last longer.
