Its very personal, i found this pillow to be too firm as it does not mould to your body or neck so it caused me pain when sleeping on my side.

Cheap. Way too overstuffed.
Not sure how these pillows get these ratings. This is one of the cheapest pillows I've ever tried. It is so high, you need to be 7 feet tall to have a neck that large to sleep on this comfortably.

Pillow is way too high and firm, i cannot sleep on thus pillow, neither can my biyfriend. We are using them as decorative pillows on our bed. You will get a neck pain

Wrong size & brand
Previously Ordered these and they are awesome. However this time wrong size and cheaper brand turned up. Hence on 3 stars. Refund process very simple though
