No, this does not come with a crush washer or the drain plug. The filter doesn't have any washers. Just a rubber seal which you should smear some oil on.

Will this fit a 2014 GTI, I know this sounds like a dumb question but Amazon is saying it wont fit. but one of the comments says it fits his 2013.

As long as it has the 2.0 tsi engine, it should fit.
