When I first got this stuff I had some time so I thought I'd try it out in a small spot just to see. I was shocked! I couldn't stop doing in and in a couple hours I had all the gutters and surrounding vinal cleaned. It also shines likes new all around the house. I used about half a gallon of cleaner in a spray bottle. I used a brush and sprayed it off. It works and works great!

This stuff works awesome, 5 year old gutters are now looking new again. Just rub it on with a towel and rinse it off.

It kind of over promises and under delivers, slightly. You need to wet the surfaces down, wipe it then let it stand for about 5 minutes or so then wipe it and let stand again. Then you hose it down. It worked much better that way. I would not let it dry on the surface though. I did it on a cloudy day, so it did not dry too fast. The product leads you to believe it is simpler than that but it's not. There will be some elbow grease used for sure. In addition, I don't know why manufacturers have to print the directions so small. How about BIG letters? If I would have been as easy as the instructions stated, I would have given it 5 stars.

In the three years since we had a new roof and new gutters installed, fairly dark tiger stripes formed on the gutters. With a little elbow grease, a 32' extendable pole, and the CHOMP microfiber pad, they look almost new. The process is simple -- lather the gutters with the solution, rub lightly, let it sit for a few minutes, rub some more, and then rinse thoroughly. The first story gutters were easy. The second were difficult only because using a pole to reach was as humorous looking as it was difficult to be thorough. The real test, however, will be whether the solution causes any damage to the gutters' finish in the future. Of course, even if the finish is less glossy, they still look better than they did with black vertical stripes on them.

After seeing other reviews mention paint damage, I followed the label directions and first tested CHOMP! on a hidden section of downspout. I sprayed it at full strength and wiped with a sponge; that small area looked fine.I then used it on a more visible, heavily soiled section of gutter above our front entry. I sprayed from the 32-oz bottle, scrubbed with a soft netted sponge, and rinsed immediately.The cleaner removed some of the grime, but very unevenly. Instead of the uniform, weathered look the gutter had before, the remaining dirt is now patchy and more noticeable. The scrubbing also caused portions of paint to bubble and peel, and left shiny circular spots where the finish is damaged but the grime isn’t fully removed.In my case, the initial spot test didn’t predict any of this. If you try CHOMP!, you should test on a hidden area that’s just as dirty as the surface you plan to clean, and scrub with the same thoroughness you’ll actually need.We’re now left with gutters that have uneven dirt and visible paint damage—worse than before using the product.The bottle is nearly full, but since it’s opened and can’t be returned, we’d appreciate guidance on how to dispose of it safely.

Meh. It will remove surface dirt for sure but as far as those black streaks and marks on aluminum gutters this won’t touch em. I scrubbed with a microfiber wash mitt too. This is better on vinyl siding and fences. Works well there

Fantastic product - works like a damn!!!! Just spray on and wipe with a micro cloth and rinse! DONE! Back to the original white look. PS: I only ordered the 1 litre bottle - was lots.

Worked as promised, cleaned all the scum from my white metal sofets and gutters with very little scrubbing. Didn’t leave a mess on my vinyl siding or windows with the recommended amount of rinsing.

Can’t believe how clean our gutters are now! Like they were recently installed. White and shiny. Will definitely be buying this product again!!

The product description and reviews are 100% correct. Chomp works so well and the ease of application and just wiping off, the manufacturer did not lie. It is one of the best cleaners to tackle gutter stains that I have tried. Just amazed at how clean the white gutters came up.

Still need to wipe it off but amazing difference on my cream colour gutters.
