My daughter liked it
It wasn't as amazing for both my kids as sugarplum the rocking horse but they still enjoyed the story. My daughter maybe more than her brother. Love this collection myself!

my daughter's favourite book. It is also very nice to touch. And the text is really good. But what else would you expect from Julia Donaldson.

Great story beautiful pictures
An interesting story for children along with such vibrant and colorful illustrations. Can be enjoyed by boys and girls. My 3 year old boy loved it!

Bright Eyes
My grandaughter is only two, but this story is great to add to her growing collection of books. Its vibrant colours and motivational storyline held her interest. Great for Nanna to read out loud!

Most five year old girls love mermaids and unicorns.
I like julia donaldson books for young children. Colourful, well illustrated which captured the attention of my five year old granddaughter. The story has a happy ending. Book also has activity book which she loved doing.

Great sparkly illustrations
Lots of colour and glitter in illustrations. My 3 yr old granddaughter gets scared easily by some story lines. The singing mermaid is a pleasant read for that age.
