I bought it again even before finishing my 1st bottle. I had insomnia related to stress..this helps me return to my normal sleep cycle. 1 was more than enough to make me sleepy..when i took the recommended 2..i became too sleep and with heavy head. So one is perfect for someone who isn't used to it. Start with 1 and in the bad days take 2 2 hours befor bed time. And it tastes good too.

I was really disappointed with this product. It didn't work at all for me, and I feel like it was a waste of money. The packaging claims you can take up to three, which I now understand because it doesn't do much of anything. The only positive aspect is the taste, which is similar to eating Haribo gummies. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the lack of effectiveness.

Really good product, helps me drift off to sleep easier. Be careful not to take too many as waking up can be difficult. But overall does what it says on the tin. Bosh.

These gummies help to induce sleep and you will wake up thoroughly rested. The taste is good but I find that they smell too strong of strawberry which might bother the person next to you. Reason for four stars. Other than that, it is a good product that does what is advertised.

This item was bought for gift purposes. My friend said for her it was effective.

I bought few times and it was good. But this time it was smell wired. I opened it after couple of week arrival so I can’t return. Maybe be it went bad with hot weather or someone opened it before or not sealed well from production. Very sad because I discover when I can’t sleep middle of the night.

I was happy to find this product from a brand I am familiar with. Insomnia runs in my family, and I've struggled with sleeplessness my entire adult life. I was looking for something to help me wind down on those days when I really need a good night's sleep - early work meetings, traveling, busy days in general. I have always been apprehensive about taking any kind of sleep aid. I assumed either the product wouldn't work, or I'd become dependent on it. The instructions are to take two chews, so I started with just one and before I knew it, I felt myself slowly easing into a comfortable rest. I slept through the night, felt refreshed in the morning. I've used these chews sparingly ever since, and every time, they work just the same: a nice, comfortable ease into sleep. One chew is still enough for me. I can take one, lay in bed with the TV, or a book, and within a half hour or so, I'm out. As a side effect, which might be mind over matter, I feel like my sleep has improved little by little, even when I don't use this product. I still only use one chew, instead of the recommended two, and maybe once a week, or less. I would recommend to anyone looking for something to gently help them sleep. I also want to point out that there is NO GELATIN in this chew, which is very hard to find. They also taste delicious!

I am on my 56th bottle of this melatonin. I absolutely love it, everything about it. Except one thing. And that is that you never know when you're going to get a bottle of gummies that are hard and stale. Not expired, just stale as can be. The bottle I most recently received is full of gummies that are too hard to chew, I'm afraid of ruining a filling. Think year-old Dots candies. I will order a new bottle because most of the time they are fresh and when they are, they are like light jelly candies and taste great. Wish the company had better quality control. They deserve five stars, but because of the occasional stale bottle, I took a star away.

This is a life saver, or should I say sleep saver!

This is a disappointed mixed review. I have been using this product for almost a year and LOVE it - it works for me, helps with sleep, just one of the melatonin gummies. I re-ordered a 3 pack that arrived with each bottle having a BROKEN SEAL - or rather, I opened the top, and the seal was not connected to the bottle but was stuck up inside the lid. I sniffed the gummies - they smell odd, fermented? alcoholic? definitely NOT something I will try. I was able to get a refund without returning item, tossed it. Then I ordered just ONE bottle - same exact thing! I got a refund but had to throw it away. I sent a CONTACT US email to Nelson/Back telling them there is a major problem with their SEAL NOT STAYING SEALED and the product evidently going bad. I'm SO disappointed, I really have had great success with this product. I am hoping to hear back from them. So - give this product 5 stars because it works! and tastes great. I will change the 1 star to 5 if I finally start getting bottles that with the SEAL INTACT.
