Its a gamer’s dream
Seller was so fast in delivering the goods and it came in perfect condition. The router is having so many customization option when it comes to Portforwading for gamers. You can set it by your self in very easy way or my recommendation is to download the app and to select your games from the list which is huge unlike whats shown on website . If you are interested in making mesh wifi then you need to purchase asus router and add them as nodes . It does not do mesh with other brands. I personally like all the feature even I don’t use most of them but it gave me the speed for the game i wanted and it resolved lag issues etc.

Disappointing Durability and Service for High-End Asus ROG Routers
I recently purchased two Asus ROG AXE16000 routers with high expectations given their premium price point and the reputable brand behind them. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Both routers ceased functioning within the first year, which was a major letdown considering their supposed high quality and durability. The process that followed was even more frustrating. I sent both routers for repair, and it has been one and a half months with no resolution in sight. The lack of timely updates and the extended repair time have significantly inconvenienced me, disrupting my work and daily activities that rely heavily on a stable internet connection. I had high hopes for these routers, especially given Asus' reputation in the tech industry and the premium I paid, expecting top-notch performance and reliability. Unfortunately, the product's durability and the subsequent service have been disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such issues with a brand that I trusted for quality and excellence. This experience has made me reconsider my future purchases from Asus, especially for their high-end products. I hope this review helps others to weigh the service and product reliability aspects carefully before investing in such expensive equipment.

es muy bonito y funcional para cuando tienes conexiones con ping mayor a 5mili segundos en pruevas de velocidad con sped test y en los juegos arriba de 30 ms si lo baja si tienes menos que eso no lo necesitas porque no hay mucha diferencia

The negative reviews must be a different router or user error or not technically proficient in network technology. Because I couldn't be happier with the ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro. This is a game changer and this router is a powerhouse for all types of use! Setting it up was a breeze, thanks to the intuitive ASUS Router app. The tri-band WiFi 6 provides blazing-fast speeds, even with multiple devices connected, and the 10G and 2.5G ports are game-changers for serious gamers and streamers like me. What stands out the most is the Triple-Level Game Acceleration—it optimizes gaming traffic like a pro, ensuring no lag during intense matches. Plus, the ASUS RangeBoost Plus extends the WiFi signal throughout my large home, eliminating dead spots. The subscription-free network security is another huge bonus, providing peace of mind without additional costs. I purchased two routers because being AiMesh compatible, it seamlessly integrates with my existing ASUS routers for whole-home coverage. Whether you're gaming, streaming 4K content, or just need reliable internet for work, this router is worth every penny. The ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro is a game-changer for serious gamers and tech enthusiasts alike. The tri-band WiFi 6 provides unparalleled speed and reliability, while the 10G and 2.5G ports ensure top-notch connectivity for all my devices. When it was new in 2022 it packed a punch it was fast, Easy to function, strong signal quality, Beautifully designed worked with new and older devices so didn’t have any compatibility issues, has options to adjust bands to work with older wireless devices, But after 2 years of usage after that first year that final year it just started to become a bit unstable needed to be restarted more frequently was getting a bit warmer then to the point when the device just ultimately failed, It was and is a great router but definitely was good I chose the 3 yrs protection plan when purchasing Asurion they covered me and reimbursed the full cost and I went back with Asus brand Rog-Be98 PRO , But 2 years is rather normal for one to stop working under high usage , I would recommend this product For a low priced good gaming router , I loved every minute of how this big guy performed everyday 24/7 2 years and 2 months managed to hold 25+ devices continuously alot of download and upload continuously , download speeds my internet provider of 2 gigs 50 up I would see 2125.16 Down and 52.60 Up Continuously on this device even till the very end it performed spectacular I would recommend for a home that is a light to moderate gamer but if you have multiple gaming devices running at once it will last about the same time but I think it could last longer for a moderate gamer I wouldn’t say this is a high end gaming router but will get the job done

A review of this router from an audiophile's perspective. I've had the RT-AX-89X router installed in my home network for almost 5 months now. It's been very stable and reliable. A few minor things have occurred but are usually fixed with the next firmware update. But nothing that would take the router offline completely. I run a NAS with a 10g NIC with sfp+ module installed for fiber and this run goes directly into the 10g fiber input of this router. This is where I store both music and movies. Music on an SSD and movies in a RaidZ Array. The signal leaving the NAS stays in the light realm without worry of RFI degrading the signal. The other ASUS 10g port (copper) runs to my Win10 machine which I use to rip movies and music from. So it is incredibly convenient and fast to have the two computers communicate at speeds faster than even SATA III. Obviously, that's how you transfer movies to a headless NAS - via the network. My movies start around 1.05 - 1.1 GB/s and ramp down to a consistent 450-465 MB/s which I assume is the drive array's write speed limitation. Can't complain there. 4k movies though are a bit more rough. They range anywhere from 50 MB/s to 150 MB/s. They will however, often ramp up near the end (the last 30%) to the theoretical max of 450 MB/s. Still, this is much faster than a standard 1G NIC. I decided after buying this router, that I wanted to go all fiber for my LAN. So the output of the router goes through a 12" copper CAT8 and then into a media converter where it is converted to MM fiber. I use all OM4 cables in my network since they're so cheap to buy. After the ethernet output is converted into fiber, a 50' run all the way to a fiber switch (4 ports are fiber plus 10 copper) is necessary. I have one fiber port going to my; LG OLED, Nvidia ShieldTV Pro and a high end DAC (PS Audio Directstream). Each run utilizes another media converter right before each device so it can connect to their ethernet ports. It's very important to keep all copper runs as short as possible so they pick up the least amount of interference. Each media converter also has it's own transformer PS (or pure LPS) instead of a switching PS. This is also super important! My MKV rips have never looked or sounded better even through an Oppo UDP-205 bluray player. And it's not by a small margin. I will never go back to spinning discs again as with a NAS you not only get the convenience of a Netflix type UI, but if you set up your network right, you will get far less RF and AC noise than even a bluray player is capable of. Superlative results from a fiber LAN. For streaming music, I own a mini PC running ROON core right near the router which also converts copper to fiber and then back to copper. This is because it will electrically isolate each device from each other. It's called galvanic isolation. And it pays off in spades, trust me on that one. I could not be happier with how my music sounds now that I've made the switch to fiber. Fiber inherently has a lower jitter rate than it's copper cousin (you know, that disowned cousin?). I'm lucky enough to have 1G fiber into my home as well. Having considerably less RF interference and jitter has been a game changer in my hi-fi system. And all of this costs less than one of those super, uber expensive 'audiophile' switches that are only a band-aid to the inherent problem to begin with. Can't recommend this router enough if you have a similar setup to mine.
