Good for 4+ years

Missing the letter Q card so I returned for a new one and the new one is also missing the letter Q. I’m not sure if the manufacturer is itself aware of all the letters that exist in the alphabet so maybe they need to go back to grade 1 and try to pass elementary school. Very disappointing.

My daughter loves these flashcards! They do Read Write Inc at school, so we got her this set to help at home. She was so excited to see the same cards she uses in class, and she loves playing with them. The cards are clear, sturdy, and really well designed. The illustrations are lovely and will eventually help with handwriting too, making them a great long-term resource. Overall, brilliant cards — engaging, educational, and perfect for supporting phonics learning at home.

The letter cards are two sided, one side obviously has the letter, but the other side has the letter with a little picture to help remember the sound. W has a worm shaped like a W. great for kids who are helped with a little reminder that you don’t have to say, the card shows.

My 4 year old girl is having a great time playing and learning phonics with these cards. The concept and help function designed into the cards help her not just to memorise but to understand and apply.
