These by far are the best probiotics out there. Yes, they are expensive but....you get what you pay for. THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY Being a celiac I have tried almost every brand and this has become my go to for the last 10 years. I've been taking this probiotic for 10 or more years, now. My latest order was sent via US mail, and packaged in a shipping envelope instead of a box, so predictably, the outer box of the product was crushed. With the price that these cost, I'd have hoped they would have been boxed and delivered by Amazon or UPS, rather than packaged improperly and left to sit in a hot mailbox all afternoon.

I talked to someone in the company and as long as the entire shipping process is it I think she said 76° or less these ought to be okay but all you guys including myself that purchase them on this 90 degree heat wave I don't know if there's any left they couldn't give me information no studies on that. You can't order the stuff on these hot days. Really I would get your summer Supply in April and just have them in the fridge. They told me they don't even ship their stuff to their suppliers cold. When I look at the ingredients they look incredible but this is my third bottle and really I don't notice anything whatsoever. I hear people talk about the now brand maybe I will try that. I used to like Garden of Life and then Nestle bought them or something. Maybe I should still use them. I just have to say I just don't trust that these are alive they don't do anything for me and if you don't ship them right you're in for it. There's a whole lot of days in the spring summer and fall that is 77 degrees or hotter. I don't like that the company couldn't tell me much with shipping on hot days other than they formulate them with so much more probiotics knowing some will die then they can still keep it the count on the bottle.

I debating writting this for awhile. I purchased this due to the cost and strains The one i use is expensive $50 a mnth. I had the worst allergies non stop and kept getting sicker. I finally realized this is the only thing i changed in my diet. I purchased my original one and in 48 hrs finally started feeling better. Never again will I change probiotics.
