Bad quality printing
The print intensity is very low as compared to the older models which we have at our office currently. Unfortunately the return window is closed.

I use these out in our plant for printing on paper/fiberglass labels, they usually last 3-4 years of pretty heavy abuse.

Aun hay aplicaciones que requieren de este tipo de impresoras y Epson sigue siendo referente y el mejor producto en impresoras de matriz de puntos

Purtroppo stampa una volta bene e due volte caratteri a metà, quindi illeggibili, mi è stato impossibile contattare una qualche assistenza perché magari è un problema risolvibile.. Non sono per niente soddisfatta.
