I have been using this vitamin for my hair for many many years and what I can say.... Well it is AMAZING!! I love it! It keeps my hair super healthy and shiny. It also works as a detangler, When I get out of the shower I spray it all over my wet hair and let it sink in before I brush it. This is my secret to great healthy looking hair!! I recommend this product to everybody!
