can this be fit vertically?

My Caleffi valve is fitted vertically. If you think about it, mains water comes up from the ground floor, is regulated and goes on up to the rest of the system at the regulated pressure. The valve fitted to my Daughters heating system is vertically fitted the same. J.D.
