I have been using these sage tablets since summer. After experiencing debilitating hot flashes multiple times a day despite being on estrogen/progesterone I was desperate for some relief so began reading about natural supplements. I decided to try these tablets as my first option and have not needed to try anything else. I have found that daily use is essential. It is also necessary to be patient as the tablets work slowly but steadily.. I am free of night sweats and typically have hot flashes only after I’ve been exercising hard or it’s extremely hot and humid, but they are shorter and less disabling. What a godsend to have these tablets to support me in perimenopause. I have not noticed side effects.

I hesitate to even say it, but after struggling for several years, with various products that seem to work for a while and then quit working, I got an AI recommendation of this product, and partnering it with magnesium has really helped me at night. The only slight complaint is that several of the pills arrived broken, so I have to piece them together for a dose, but that's easily overlooked if it continues to work. Also, I reached out to the company to ask about thujone content, and they said it is miniscule and safe, which is very reassuring. I am excited to continue to take this.

If you are going through menopause and hot flashes are plaguing you, BUY THIS! I was having one to two flashes per hour and waking up every couple hours to remove and replace blankets. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks, after looking for a remedy to my having increased hot flashes. I am taking it in combo with a couple of other herbs--but since adding them my hot flashes have reduced SIGNIFICANTLY. Now, I have probably a couple of hot flashes a day, and most importantly I have been able to sleep comfortably through the night without the intense heat I was feeling during the night previously. I highly recommend you give it a try. It has been a great relief to me. *a couple of reviewers have noted having headaches after taking--that has not been my experience.

Having come off hrt my hot flushes and night sweats came back with a vengeance so decided to try sage as recommended on their website and it does really work. Took about a week to notice any difference but I am now in my 5th week of taking them and the hot flushes have greatly reduced and the night flashes have gone. Would definitely recommend giving them a go.

These did not work or help at all ..very disappointed

Have been taking Menoforce for about 5 weeks. I started taking it when my hot flushes became quite severe, experiencing around 20 hot flushes per day. After about 6 days of taking Menoforce there was a significant reduction in hot flushes where I barely have any now. I am planning to have a one week break every 6 to 8 weeks. May the beneficial effects continue.
