This might well be my new FAVOURITE cooking ingredient!!I was looking for something to replace the flavours derived from bacon and gammon. This is definitely IT!It has a deeply Smokey and rich aroma. The taste is even better. A little goes a very long way!It has a similar consistency to soy sauce. Perfect for adding to soups, stir-frys and sautรฉed vegetables. Beautiful.
