The product came on time, it was the correct part, and it was easy to install!
On Wednesday evening, my ecosmart 27 gave no hot water. Did some troubleshooting and discovered that the #1 triac was bad. The following day, I went to the ecosmart website to order the triac, but it was on back order and I wouldnโt t be able to get it until Monday. So, I checked Amazon and found the exact item (matched part number with the one on the ecosmart website) and it could be delivered between 4 - 8 AM the next morning! Package was delivered at my door @4:05AM and it was the correct part! Took me 10 mins to install the new part and had instant hot water again. I would definitely order again if need arises!

Exactly what I needed.
The triac on my ECO27 Was bad. This part was easy to install.

Wonderful
Original piece fell apart. New one fell apart in same place and had to order another one. What a load of crop. And I'm pretty damned good with my hands

DO NOT BUY FOR ECO27!
Was told by company that this would fit the Eco 27. It does not! The black power Wire is too short. Buy the Triac for the Eco 37 and will fit the Eco 27.

Perfec fix but not a perfect fit
It is hard to believe that such a simple part could solve such a major problem. Our ECO 36 was having tremendous issues with chugging and banging after each use of hot water. After much searching and watching several Youtube videos, I found this to be a common problem, and in all cases, the recommendation was to replace triac #1. It completely resolved the issue, The ONLY issue is that I believe this triac assembly is built for a more narrow unit--possibly the ECO27. The main power cable only barely was able to reach the lug to screw it down with the lug screw. a tiny bit of slack--even just a 1/2" would have made installation a whole lot easier. The main thing is that it worked though, so 4 out of 5

Perfect fit for our Rheem 27 kw water heater. Easy install. Works as it should.

Pretty easy to change out
Used it on Ecosmart 18 water heater. My heater got hit by lighting and melted, this fixed the issues, Pretty easy to change out.
