Grip Strength
Great product I’m not sure who could possibly close a thousand pounds but I’m sure trying will increase your grip strength. It goes from 49lbs I believe to 1000lbs awesome device

very good forearm trainer
I really liked this product, it helps me a lot to warm up my forearms before training and you really feel the tension in the forearms, and the vascularity it generates is a plus, it has different levels that are very challenging to use

Not what I wanted
Terrible item 😳 So the springs- yes!!! Are super strong So strong in fact you couldn’t possibly ever add or remove the springs EVER!!! ok there must me a way right? No!!! How about a manual? Nope! 👎🏻 no manual included just some kind of paper 📄 that’s explaining the springs & what resistance the notches equal to & it couldn’t be more confusing 🫤 I guess I’m stuck with it 😔

Wonderful Gripper, I will be using this for many years. The best part is I will not have to purchase multiple new grippers as I get stronger. I already have a bunch of the V-Shaped Metal Grippers though, lol. You may want to use cloth wraps,grip tape,etc. for the handles. I ended up purchasing Tennis Grip Wraps for a more pleasing look. Thank you to The Seller for being fair. The Seller helped me solve an issue I had. * Update * I now use Nexcare Blister Prevention Tape to cover the handles. This tape has worked much, much better and less calusing,blistering,etc.

A little loud but works as intended
If you release too fast it clanks. The increase in difficulty is not really linear. But good product, I like it, especially since you can develop an extremely strong grip.

A gripper that can truly build a crushing strength.
This gripper allows you to not only save tons of money and on top of that, works your arms really good allowing you to build a great crushing strength. Highly recommend it if you are looking to build some serious grip strength.

Best grip trainer I've ever owned
Great trainer, it does what it says it will. The only 2 faults I've found are the grip and the spring movement. The grip is sharp enough that it will really dig in and hot spot on anything more than the lightest setting, and the springs are kind of a pain to get into the listed positions for adjustment. The grip can be remedied with a wrap though, so that can be offset at least.
