I am trying ti dye a bed skirt that is 65% polyester/35% cotton. do i need to use dyemore or regulas rit dye and can i do it in the washing machine?

Not in the washing machine. With whichever dye you use, you'll need to do it in some kind of container (I use big plastic totes). If the product is mainly polyester, I would suggest this as apposed to the basic dye. It needs to be able to soak in very hot water, hotter than what goes in the washing machine. Plus, dumping a bunch of dye in the washer might mess up the washer for further use... Could color the next few loads a tad

Fake product

I definetly received a fake product but the letters on it are all blur (very different from the picture) and the packaging is also slightly off. Furthermore it didn't dye my synthetics only naturals although i followed the instructions down to the letter. So I think they just gave me the regular pink dye in a recycled bottle or a fake one.
