This product is NOT fast twist 3.0. This is the old fast twist and doesn’t even look the same as what they advertise. Look carefully at the 3rd picture (back of cleat) and note the notch in the center. This notch doesn’t exist in the product shipped as depicted in my picture. The notch is required to fit Fast Twist 3.0 cleats as also noted in their fit chart that shows the fast twist 3.0 receptacle having a peg in the center. Waste of time, money, and falsely advertised— promptly returned.
