I received a damaged and clearly used pair of skates. They look like they've already been used for 2โ3 months, with visible wear and tear. I am extremely disappointed with both Amazon and the seller for allowing such a product to be shipped. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a fraudulent transaction. I expected better quality and service."
