Iโve drank this tea 3 times, each time adding honey to improve the taste. I know the directions say to use only one tea bag and steep for 5 minutes. Each time, Iโve used 2 teabags and have let it sit for 2-3 hours minimum. I made a cup each day for 3 days in a row, but wasnโt successful at my goal until the 3rd day, and this was only after taking a laxative in addition to this tea. I drink over 100oz of water every day. I never had cramps or pain. And when I had to go, it wasnโt an emergency, but just felt like I needed to go.

Itโs very strong I got at least 2-3 uses out of one tea bag
Great item taste great I lost 7lbs in 24 hours just make sure you go no where that day ๐คฃ it doesnโt it didnโt upset my stomach but it gave me very bad gas

Good tea for making you go
My husband has a hard time going to the bathroom sometime and this tea sends him right away. Good quality tea have been using it for years. Not a great taste but one can use honey.
