What are the ingredients in Accelerator?

The formula for the Accelerator is a trade secrete that is currently in the patent process.  Since the Accelerator performs better than any competitor product, giving away the ingredients would create a boatload of competitors.

Can accelerator be mixed with bleach because i had already poured bleach in my toilet now i have to drop the accelerator tablet

Do not use both bleach and Accelerator.
Bleach kills bacteria, which is actually bad for your septic system.  Without bacteria, NO organic material is decomposed, and the septic tank fills up quickly.
Accelerator does the opposite.  It strengthens the bacteria and causes them to break down far, far more organics than normal.  thus cleaning your tank.

Dr. Pooper's Accelerator in manufactured, stocked, and shipped in Texas, just outside of Houston.
The research to create and patent this product was done in the USA by a chemist born and raised in Texas.
All of the raw materials used in the product are made in the USA, with one exception.  That raw material is not available in the USA, but does come South America.
The bottles are manufactured in England.

My liquid changed to purple after a few weeks. is that normal?  my second bottle is still blue. i haven't done anything different.  is it still good?

The color in the bottle is only there to make sure it is not mistaken for water.  Some dye lots may differ slightly
