No Roman alphabet equivalent
This book teaches shapes only. There are no Roman alphabet equivalents and no translation into any Western language. Very limited application, perhaps useful for someone who is already familiar with the Arabic language and is learning to write, but not much use for someone trying to learn Arabic. It would have taken so little to make this a really useful book for people learning the Arabic alphabet.

Not for beginners.
This book is not for beginners who don’t know the language

I don't know what I am writing. Translation would help for English speakers.
Don't know what I was writing. It's been frustrating. Why write what one doesn't what they are writing?

Makes assumptions
I’m an adult learning Arabic and was excited about writing words and sentences. I’m giving it 2 stars because although it is a quality workbook, the company is assuming that an Arabic speaker will be around to translate. I’m disappointed that there is no translations so I can understand what I’m writing.

Not for a beginner doesn’t even say what you’re writing
I would send this bag if I didn’t get it wet save your money it would be great to have pictures to at least guess what the words say

Good opportunities to learn. Don’t quite understand how it’s laid out.
It’s a good practice book, but there are not as many spaces to write as I’d hoped. I don’t understand the layout.

Disappointing
Not good value for money, very few pages, worksheets basically. Although the book is presented as being for English speakers, there are no English explanations inside. The font used for headings is impossible for a beginner to decipher.

This book is great.
I was impressed with the speed at which we received the book. I'm happy they are made in the GTA now. The letters are not in alphabetical order but that's not really important. Great job!

Arabic Writing Book
Disappointed that the book never gave the name or sound of each letter. The words, in Arabic, had no translation in fact most of the book was written in Arabic without any translation. I bought this book to learn and understand Arabic script, it fell far short of that purpose.
