Can these stands be bolted or screwed to the LS50s? Do the LS50s have screw holes on their undersides?

Yes the LS50s have threaded holes to be bolted to the stands and the stands come with the hardware (allen bolts) to attach the speakers.

What is the bolt and thread pitch for the floor spikes? I bought the stands used but they didn't come with the spikes.

Seems to be a metric 6 mm (M6), but I am not sure. Pitch seems pretty standard. You could buy an M6 and an M8 and try.
