Like all Xbox controllers aside from the old Xbox one Red one they did, they all seem to suffer from terrible build quality. This doesn't mean it gets stick drift immediately, but after three months of light usage the controller will either work flawlessly or start developing problems.It's a shame because these controllers are designed with comfort in mind, they aren't too big or small and feel really good to use! They have a much nicer grip than the old Xbox one controllers. All that being said though they aren't reliable at all. Stick drift, unresponsive buttons to outright failure of the controller all together.Overall is a fantastic controller, with low latency and comfort in mind! Let down by poor build quality.

Lasted 3 years before drift made it useless. I tried to fix it but you'd need good electrical repair tools to stand a chance. Consider it unrepairable. It worked well for three years running all kinds of games on all kinds of machines.Pretty upset that it broke, won't buy another unless they come with hall effect sticks.
