I’ve been using this pitcher daily, and it really makes a difference in how the water tastes, cleaner, smoother, and without that tap water aftertaste. The alkaline boost gives it a fresher feel, and it’s nice knowing it filters out impurities while adding minerals back in. The 10-cup size is great for a family, it holds enough for the day without constantly refilling, but it’s still compact enough to fit in the fridge. The pitcher itself feels sturdy, and I like that it’s BPA-free. The filter lasts a good while (about 100 gallons before needing a change), and swapping it out is simple. Pouring is smooth too, no leaks or awkward drips. It does have a bit of weight when full, but that’s expected with a larger capacity. Overall, it’s been an easy way to keep healthier-tasting water on hand without relying on bottled water.

Love the wooden handle and natural filter of coconut husk and charcoal. Water tastes great, no chemical taste fresh clean water. Easy to use, safe clean high quality.

I had tried another brand but was not happy. I love the Waterdrop. Fills pretty quickly. I really like it having the Alkaline feature. Having had cancer this feature helps to keep acidity lower in the body. The container and handle are made well. Filters work well. The water has no nasty taste or smell. Fresh like mountain water. Absolutely recommend this purifier.

We've had our chubby for over 2 years and the water is delicious! Even guests comment on how good it tastes! It's easy to change the filter and it drips quickly! Recently, the filter indicator needed to be replaced and I contacted Water Drop customer service. I was told to provide my order number from my Amazon order and they would send me a new lid for the pitcher....at no charge!!!! I few days later my package arrived and it was not just the lid, but a whole new pitcher!!! Needless to say, their customer service exceeds 5 stars! I'm so grateful to Harper for the super customer service. Not only that, but a couple weeks later, Harper sent an email inquiring if everything was to my satisfaction! Incredible!!! I cannot recommend the pitcher highly enough....and Water Drop sure does seem to be a great company to deal with! Thanks Harper!!

I purchased this pitcher to replace my Pur pitcher as the time for the water to go through the filter was not predictable. Depending on the new filter I used - it could be 15 to 30 minutes, obviously, very inconsistent. I love how quickly the Waterdrop filters the water. It is amazing to me after years of putting up with the other brand. The water taste great and, although I have no way of measuring the alkaline or the removal of toxins, I do rely on their independent certification and the brand name. My only disappointment was that it was advertised as a 10 cup and when you will the water to capacity in the top portion that holds the water going down into the filter, you end up with less than 8 cups. That being said, you can add water once the initial fill goes through as the pitcher is a 10 cup capacity. I did call Waterdrop customer service as I thought that advertising it as a 10 cup pitcher would mean that when you filled it initially, you would get 10 cups of water. Customer service was very responsive and Krystal, the woman I talked to sent me 3 new filters to acknowledge my disappointment. That being said, I definitely would recommend this brand.

**Updated Review. Customer service contacted me asking if they could assist in any way and they replaced my pitcher for me. The lid on my replacement seems a little more "snug". The pitcher filters as described and it was more the inconvenience of a lid falling off that prompted my 3 star review. I found that if the side of the lid is wet, it creates a suction and does not fall off at all while pouring. The great costumer service with this company (a rare commodity theses days) is why I have upped my stars. I would purchase from them again knowing that if I have an issue, they will do all they can to help make it right.*** I like that this is supposed to not only filter, but turn your water "alkaline". Price is reasonable. I don't like that the lid doesn't latch to stay on the pitcher when you go to pour. If your pitcher is full of water it is not an issue, but when you tilt too far the lid falls right off. I am still debating on if I am going to keep or return it for this reason. It is kind of a pain.

I have gotten this filter twice now and love it! I like the quality of the water and it makes it more alkalinic which is perfect! It holds a lot of water and is super easy and quick to refill, it never leaks and the design is super modern to match my kitchen
