If it turns out my cat doesn’t like it, or if it doesn’t work the way I want to, can I return it?

I don't know about returns, but our new cat seems to enjoy using the box, and the privacy it affords her.

how do you clean it? does it have a sliding tray or do you have to disassemble?

So I’m not sure if someone has shed light on this or no but this is my third modular litter box. We love this litter box. The reason it’s my third is because we have two cats and one of them out grew the original one so we go the bigger one. Anyways, the company include this tarp like bag that you put in the box to help with clean up and you just scoop it out like your would a normal little box. Unless I don’t kno how to use it correctly, the tarp thing is just annoying and eventually gets in the way. We just through ours away and we just scoop out the litter like you would with a normal littler box. When it’s time the change the litter entirely we just pick up the box and dump the whole thing out.

Can you use it without the liner ?
