The media could not be loaded. I am new to CNC carving and was looking for an affordable kit of bits. This kit came in today and I think it is going to be perfect. Great packaging and sharp bits!

Ordered thee for my husband. Wasn’t sure about the quality but he said they are great for his Cnc projects.

The media could not be loaded. I am new to CNC and wanted to learn. I tested in pine 24 inches. Increased from 75 feed 35 plunge to 200 feed and 75 plunge. Spindle speed was 16 k, except last run at 14k. Written notes in photo. All runs were .25 deep and .3 wide. 1st 2 cuts at top, diff was conv vs climb. Did not see a difference. This was the .25 down cut End mill. Sound and visual is what I wanted to see as well smoothness. The bit could have fed faster. For the price I was pleased. The other purpose was to test if cheaper PRICED bits perform well. Thus far Spectools bits working fine.

Got the WD-2 set of eight bits. Good quality in general.A couple of points to note, the P2BL-D1/4 M02001 (not the P2BL-R1/8 as shown mistakenly in the description) is 3" long, and it will not fit easily in some smaller hobby CNC machines (e.g. 3018 size).Also, the two 4-flute V-groove bits (W06006 and W06007) only work at slower feed rates on smaller hobby machines. With a larger capacity spindle/router, they should cut fine at higher speeds.

New to CNC and this package included everything I needed to get started with the exception of a flattening bit. They've held up well, and didn't break my wallet.

I bought my first cnc and needed bits so I figured these would be a great middle of the road starter bit set. Well I still have this set and use them all the time. I liked the bits so much I have ordered a lot more of spetool bits and they are great. I love that they have a tool data base on the website and I can just import it into vcarve pro. If your new to cnc or just want some great bits order these you wont be disappointed.

Really nice set with all the bits you need to get started and play with different cnc routing bits. Sharp, durable, strong. Can't go wrong for the price. Even cut some aluminum if you're in a pinch (as I was, but they do dull after a bit).
