Hanging lanterns

Ok , shorter than I realised but I guess I will find something to do with them

They arrived quickly. I only use them for an outdoor small hanging bulb light and whilst look nice, I do think, as they are in two parts, they would not survive if kept continuously pulled up and moved to different places in the garden. I'm also not convinced they would not be able to take a heavy weight of flower basket or similar without bending (or coming loose at the join) overtime.

Very low quality, I purchased one from my local garden centre that was cheaper and far sturdier.

These came in parts ready to assemble, one of them matched up perfectly and the other one the hook was facing crooked to the bottom no matter how many times I tried to realign it. They seem sturdy enough (although the bottom part that goes into the ground was a bit too bendy and had to be reinforced to stop it snapping going into a harder piece of ground).

I used these hooks to put fatball feeders on, when putting in ground the joints bent. The only way to ensure they don’t break is to push them into ground at their base.

These are much smaller and less robust than I thought from reading the description.Anything heavy hung from the hook pulls the base out of the ground. I wouldn’t buy again.

Bought the shepards hooks to hang a small wooden lantern on each hook in the garden. My lanterns are quite light, weighing approximately 1.5kg each. I hung a lantern on the hook in the garden and returned an hour later to find the lantern sitting on the grass. The metal hook had bent in the wind! Tried a second with the same result.Will not buy again.
