Perfect fit. Easy clip in for the Gopro clip. Much more durable than the standard plastic mounts that it came with.

I bought this to easily attach my GoPro to my new Ulanzi battery handle grip it it was exactly what I needed. There are a few ways to connect your GoPro to the grip or most selfie sticks and this was my prefered option as I can easily remove the GoPro and place on a different mount without having to unscrew the bottom which can take too long sometimes. Some reviews talked about this not being a perfect fit or being a little wobbly. It worked perfect for me and my GoPro Hero 9. I put it to the test and it did not fail me once. Highly recommend for selfie sticks. I can NOT speak on the adhesive tape as I didnt use it. I simply screwed it in to my power grip and used only original GoPro mounting buckles.

This is a great idea! It does work but the center guide is not tall enough for a tight fit like GoPro bases. I added the 3m foam sticky pad that they supplied and it helped! I would give a solid 5 if the center guide was the correct height for a tight fit.

I love those quick release tripod base plates. they are not too heavy, and they are very well build. my only complaint is not plate itself, but the GoPro quick release design itself; when mounted on tripod, there is always a little play when you shake the camera. there should had been a additional bolt to secure the top plate to the base plate to prevent that from happening. beside that, I love it!
