Nutramax Cosequin Maximum Strength Joint Health Supplement for Dogs - With Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, and Hyaluronic Acid, 250 Chewable Tablets

I’ve been giving this to my 12 yr old 68 lb pit bull for about 5-6 weeks. I noticed a difference in her mobility within a week. Now She’s walking up and down stairs when before I had carry her. She’s more energetic and all around more happier bc she feels better. If you have a larger dog I would def spend the extra $ for the 250 tablets if ya can bc initially you’re suppose to give them 3 tablets a day for 4-6 weeks and then 1-2 tablets for maintenance after those 4-6 weeks. Smaller dogs get a smaller dosage. My vet def approved when I told him what I was giving her. Said it was one of the best supplements for hip/joint. 3 months before I started the consequin, I also gave my dog a liver supplement Denamarin from the same company Nutramax and it took her elevated liver enzymes from 305 to 162 in less than a month. 5 months ago my dog was starting to really show her age but now she’s back playful and sassy. She’s also trimmed down 6-7 lbs which she needed to. I will def buy cosequin again when I run out and nutramax will be my #1 go to brand for anything dog.

I use these for both of my pups. My youngest pup has always had hip problems and gets these when she flares the hip up and is in pain. We will give for 1-3 days to help with her pain and discomfort. My older girl is going on 7 years old and age is getting the best of her so her vet recommended we give these to her to help her as she is getting stiff and having a harder time getting around. These help her with pain and take away some of the stiffness allowing for her to enjoy walks and just move easier.

There’s no other product I would trust to use on my dog. My baby began to have problems with her joints at a young age and it scared the hell out of me. Watching her limp as a puppy. I felt awful. Someone recommended this product and I couldn’t be more grateful. She doesn’t limp anymore and she continues to have energy like a puppy 3 years later. She even looks towards eating them daily. I continue to give them to her even though she doesn’t limp anymore and I truly couldn’t be more happy.

On my 3rd bottle giving to 2 dogs. Both are 5 years old and in good health. Don’t know what the product or if any benefits. Time will tell as the dogs grow older.

I house the giant breeds, who are prone to have hip problems. I have used this product for years and there is always a noteable improvement in mobility. Now days I just start them on Cosequin at 1 year old, in conjunction with CBD Oil for dogs with mobility issues. You will see your dog move with much greater flexability and less pain. Im 60, so I do have many years of experience.

I have an older female beagle mix with back and hip issues and looked forever to find a good product that has everything we needed in it for her and this is definitely it. I have to crush mine with a mortar and pestle and then mix it into her food to get her to eat it but it’s definitely worth the added step. Takes about 2 days to get onboard for her but once it is, she acts like a much younger dog running, playing, and harassing her brother beagles. I’ve gotten to,the point now that we have an extra bottle on hand and are never down to just a single bottle. Yes, it is that important for sustained comfort and care.

These were recommended by my vet. My dog is 8 yrs old with hip dysplasia from lack of care and proper healing as a pup. He also has arthritis from being hit by a car several years ago. We have used these for more than a year and he has shown increased mobility/playfulness. The trembling in is legs/hips has greatly decreased. They must taste good because he gladly comes to receive his daily "treat" after breakfast. Highly recommend!!

So apparently, giant breed dogs take a little longer to benefit from the cosequin. I put my mastiffs back on it hoping for results and it finally worked. All I can say is have patience, it took my mastiffs about 4 and a 1/2 months and now the results are amazing. They run around and play with their toys in the yard almost as much as they did when they were puppies, which is saying alot for mastiffs. Especially since one of them is almost 9. Very satisfied with this product, I wish it was a little more affordable though, I go through a 250 quantity bottle every 3 weeks
