Ankle Ice Pack Wrap for Foot Pain Relief and Feet Injuries, Reusable Gel Ice Cold Packs for Achilles Tendonitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprained Ankles and Heels

I had a trimalleolar ankle fracture with a dislocation and significant swelling that I needed surgery for. Icing was essential to my recovery and this ankle ice wrap is by far the best out there. Very sturdy, comfortable, and well designed. The ice hits all key spots - bottom of my foot and all around the ankle. Very easy to put on and the Velcro straps are strong, easily adjusted, and hold everything in place. Fits almost like a boot with flexibility so it can accommodate all foot sizes and degree of ankle swelling. The gel packs inside are pliable and comfortable, contouring where they need to. I've never needed to go to the deeper cold option by wearing it inside out - the standard way with the softer part facing in was sufficient for me but I do like that you have options of standard and deeper cooling - I think that design feature is clever. I only have one complaint but it didn't lead me to lower my rating - I had ordered the 2-pack so I could tag team the pair but I was only sent one - Amazon kindly reimbursed me for the error and I ultimately did order an extra one. I also find this product to be reasonably priced given the quality of it - price is in line with any brace or higher-end ice pack and it's way better than a bag of frozen peas! Would strongly recommend this product!

I thought instead of write what others are saying I could debunk many of the 1, 2, 3 star reviews. It doesn't stay cold - I am not sure what these people are using to freeze the pack but mine is staying cold for "extended" periods. In most applications you ice for 15 minutes I can wrap one ankle for 15-20 min and then unwrap and its still cold enough to wrap the other ankle for 15-20. I suspect maybe some people have their freezer set to non freezing temperatures. It doesn't fit - this comment is not meant to offend larger sized people but I am 6 foot with thick legs, everything I wear is extra large and the Velcro straps wrap around my calf twice and some of the icepack even overlaps around my ankle. If you are "that" large you probably need a custom kit not one size fits all, that is not fair to the manufacturer. It is not comfortable - I bought this design for a reason, it has a soft material on the that is not only comfortable but it doesn't interfere with cold application. I don't have to ware a sock and it works perfect. Again I am not sure what people are talking about. Really glad for my purchase and its brought instant relief

This is a must have for all sporting groups! I own a dance studio and ankle injuries happen a few times a year. We keep this cold and ready to go at all times. It slips on super easy and can adjust to whatever size you need. You don't have to worry about an ice pack slipping off or ice in a bag dripping everywhere. Super convenient!

This item did not work for my particular situation but it might be fine for you. I needed this to provide ice relief for my ankle, and while it does cover the ankle area, I couldn't seem to get enough gel/liquid to freeze in that particular area of this wrap. It did a great job keeping my foot arch and lower calf nice and cool, but that isn't where I needed the cold relief. I did appreciate the soft lining and the long straps. It was very easy to put on and it stayed put. It appears to be very well made, not cheap at all.

I have Achilles tedonitis and this has been a great source of relief. The overage is really good and the straps are plenty long, I can go around my foot and ankle twice. Stays cold and is comfortable to wear. Nice price too!

This has been a life saver!!! I have has tendinitis for 3 1/2 years!!! I have the most amazing physical therapist!!! We have done sound wave therapy. It was almost gone but couldn’t get past the little bit of pain. My PT said from the sounds of it the last bit is because of the way I am sleeping. It seemed like it stemmed from however I sleep and I tried using my body pillow but if it didn’t stay on ny leg it would hurt to get up the next morning. I decided to try getting an ice pack I can wrap around my foot, ankle and lower leg. I found this!!! Omg!!! So the first night I took the ice pack out of the freezer and left it on over night. The ice helped AND since it is cushiony it stopped my leg for putting pressure on the other and for the first time I did not stand up out of bed in pain. You have no idea this was the last light bit I needed now I have been able to walk longer. I have only been using it for a week. I am so grateful for finding this thing to be the tip of the iceberg to being 100% again!!!! The quality is great!!! The thickness helps keep the pressure off the area while I am sleeping and it is so flexible I can sleep with it on. It is a perfect size for pretty much any foot!!! I am so grateful!!!

Bought this for my ankle replacement surgery recovery and it definitely helped. I still use it 1 year post operation. Stay cold and was great quality
