I made my own fixture to hold 4 infrared lights to put in my steam sauna. I made the fixture easily removable so we can still take a regular sauna. The lights are high quality and throw out a lot of heat. My wife loves using them, so this is a huge win. Highly recommended.

Works great for red light therapy and a low cost infrared sauna. I installed four bulbs in inexpensive 300 watt heat bulb rated reflector clamp lamps inside my Relax Cube steam sauna tent with reflective aluminum interior also from Amazon. Now I can use the tent for a steam or dry sauna with red light therapy. Gets up to around 104 inside which is perfect for a 20 minute sauna session.

Pill-free Pain Relief! I just had Rotator Cuff surgery on my left shoulder. I couldn't tolerate any of the pain-relievers my doctors suggested, due to side effects. Even when I took them, they didn't really take the pain away. Most of my pain was due to inflammation, but ice packs didn't help either. My son set up a home IR "sauna." I started using this and it was AMAZING! It feels so good while I'm using it! Warm like sunshine and no side effects. The pain relief is immediate and lasts a while and I can re-use it as often as I need to. I can do it in the morning and again after Physical Therapy. No worries.

Affordable home use near infrared lights.

I’ve purchased a set of 6 in 2021, with the intent to build my own infrared sauna. Long story short: the bulbs are amazing and nowadays I use them, instead of in a sauna setup, as my “hot cycling” setup. I usually cycle (indoors on a RealRyder), with the 6 lamps mounted in front of me, facing my knees, arms, and shoulders. I started doing that to work through the pain of a partially torn meniscus, and absolutely swear by the positive impact of the combination of the RealRyder, the infrared, and the heat. Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Limitations: none I can think of.

These bulbs are working great so far. I just got them so have only used them a few times so far. I got them to detox since I was recently diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease. So far I haven’t noticed any change in pain but I haven’t broken a sweat yet either. (I hear it takes a few sessions before that happens.) I’ve been slowly increasing the time I spend and am only up to 20 minutes so far. I imagine more results with increased time AND when I start sweating. The big things I love about these lamps (besides them feeling like deep warm healing sun rays) is the affordable price, that I’ve read they are very low EMFs and that near infrared penetrates more deeply than other infrareds. This is a great way to go if you can’t afford the thousands for a regular sauna set up. Ps You can build a very simple frame that looks like a ladder to hold them and easily move them around.

Great light. Will update on efficacy after a month or so. My shipment had one bulb that had already been opened and had something burned/melted onto the face surface of the bulb. Very annoying since I bought a four pack and now I only will be able to use three until and if they decide to replace just the one...

Happy! This glass - bulb All red, so be carful! My lamp broke (2nd n a yr), so thought bulb went out. Cldnt see inside build trying diff angles in diff light! I had bought two bulbs I tried the other and it didn’t work either so that was that Aha moment. So I broke down & bought Another IR standing lamp (🤞🏽On this one), low n behold the bulbs worked again! Yah~ Theyre Not the heavy glass ( like headlight covers 1’s, yet work great & w/10stage of brightness, on 10 it doesn’t illuminate the whole house, as the harder headlight tipped ones do! Hv bought from this seller before & now, I will continue with this seller, havnt failed me Once!!
