Great Support
I purchased this to have my own radio to use while at work and take with me no matter which location I end up at so I don't have to ask for one.. There was a letter included from the seller explaining if there was any support needed for configuring to reach out to them, so I did and was able to get it all set up fairly easily. The radio works perfectly, and comes with a strap and belt clip.

Great radio
I have used this brand for over decade and they are great! They are smaller and cheaper than Motorola but work just as good. Even the battery life is great! How can i buy more belt clips or antennas for the old radios i have?
