Is this 4-Terpineol? Can this be used as an eye wipe for dry eyes?

We currently use this material as a thinner to thin down sliver paste in our product line. I do not think you would want to put it anywhere near your eyes. Our safety data sheet talks about wearing proper personal protective equipment with this material, Like safety glasses, so I do not believe you would want to use it for that type of eye wipe.

Is this the Turpinol 4 one of the active chemicals of tea tree oil?
